Formal agreements

Collaboration and community are at the core of our work. Operating as a virtual global research network, GCP enters into formal agreements and signs memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with other organisations on matters of mutual interest to achieve its mission.

  • 2011: MoU with iPlant
  • 2006: MoU with GCDT
  • 2004: Consortium Agreement

In January 2011, GCP and iPlant collaborative signed an MoU on mutually agreed programmes and activities in areas of mutual interest. The subject matters of particular interest included the development of an Integrated Breeding Workbench, a configurable suite of logistic, analytic and decision-support informatics tools to facilitate modern plant breeding.
